All items have a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated.

Can I come and visit?

Unfortunately not, we are based on a working farm and are not insured for visits from the general public. Please contact us via email orders@soulpet.co.uk or telephone 01722 580201 and we are more than happy to answer all your questions

What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are 10.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday. We will answer emails out of these hours.
